Mr. Olaniyi Olukoya is a visionary leader, accomplished chartered accountant, and the driving force behind Softnet Professional Services Limited and Vinemond Farms Limited. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Softnet Professional Services Limited, he has leveraged his extensive expertise in accounting, management, and technology to propel the company’s growth and deliver innovative solutions to organizational challenges.
Mr. Olaniyi holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ado-Ekiti and is a distinguished Chartered Accountant. His career began with notable leadership roles during his undergraduate years, including serving as Deputy Chief Editor of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ado-Ekiti. This early experience laid the foundation for his commitment to excellence and innovation.

Mr. Olaniyi’s career spans significant roles that have honed his expertise in accounting, taxation, auditing, finance, and agriculture. He served as a Youth Corper, a Senior Auditor at Oladipo Babalola& Co Chartered Accountants in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria, and an Accountant at LG Nigeria. His leadership was instrumental in leading the audit team toNigeria Police Cooperative Society in 2009, showcasing his ability to manage complex financial projects with precision.
In 2011, driven by a vision to address managerial inefficiencies through technology, Mr. Olaniyi co-founded Softnet Professional Services Limited, followed by Vinemond Farms Limited in 2017. Under his leadership, Softnet Professional Services Limited has become a leader in providing cloud accounting softwares and ERP solutions, helping different organizations overcome operational challenges and enhance profitability.
A thought leader in his field, Mr. Olaniyi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Export and Commodity Brokers of Nigeria (CIECOBON), a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), a Professional Member of the Institute of Software Practitioners of Nigeria (ISPON), and a Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
